Handmade nature of our pieces

Each Eloise Falkiner piece is made by hand in our Melbourne studio, and therefore no item is identical to another, even within the same design. Variations in finish, colour and stone characteristics are inherent to the handmade process and form part of the unique nature of every piece. We consider these variations as evidence of craftsmanship rather than defects.

Made-to-order production

The majority of our pieces are crafted to your order. Production time varies depending on the design, materials and current studio capacity, and is communicated at order confirmation. For bespoke or commissioned pieces, lead times are confirmed in writing prior to payment.

Care of gold-plated pieces

Gold-plated jewellery is delicate by nature and may scratch or wear with regular use. We are happy to renew gold-plated pieces at minimal expense — customers cover freight costs. Contact hello@eloisefalkiner.com.au to arrange.

Pricing and payment

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include 10% Australian GST. Prices may change without notice; the price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of purchase. Payment is processed at checkout via the providers offered on the Website.

Order acceptance

By placing an order you make an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. A binding contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email.

Compliance

Eloise Falkiner complies with the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) requirements and the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any non-excludable right under the ACL.

Shipping

Shipping is governed by our Shipping & Returns Policy. We ship worldwide using trackable services including Australia Post and DHL.

Returns

Returns and refunds are governed by our Shipping & Returns Policy.

Privacy

The use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property

All designs, photography, text and trademarks displayed on the Website are owned by Eloise Falkiner or used under licence. You may not reproduce, copy, or use any content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your use of the Website or any product is limited to, at our discretion, the supply of the goods again or the cost of supplying the goods again. This limitation does not affect any non-excludable rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on the Website.
